Insomnia is most common problem in sleeping. Insomnia occurs when you have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep while you have the chance to get a full night sleep. Causes and symptoms of insomnia differ from one person to another. Insomnia can include the following:

Sleep disorders involves insomnia symptoms during the day. The effect of insomnia can affect almost every aspect of your life. Studies show that insomnia affects negatively for the performance of the action and intervene in the decision. And it also could affect relations. In most cases, people with insomnia report worse quality of life. Everyone sometimes sleeps at night with deprivation. In many cases, it is due to sleep very late in the night or waking up too early. But, it does not mean you have insomnia, but you’re not getting enough sleep.

People 30 to 35 percent of adults complain of insomnia. It attacks most common in groups such as young adults, and women and people under the pressure of people with mental health problems like depression and certain medical. There are two types of insomnia based on regularity and duration of sleep disorders and symptoms during the day:

Short-term insomnia
This short insomnia lasts for three months. It occurs in 15 to 20 percent of the population.

Chronic insomnia
Insomnia of this type occurs at least three times a week, and lasted for at least three months. It is around 10% of people that is getting chronic insomnia.

Although insomnia can affect people of any age, but it is more common suffered in adult women than adult men. Sleep disorders can damage the work and achievements of the school, as well as due to obesity, anxiety, depression, irritability, concentration problems, memory problems, immune function and reduce reaction time. Insomnia also linked with a higher risk of chronic diseases.

Common causes of insomnia include:

Stress
If you concern about jobs, schools, health or family, it can keep your mind active at night and make it difficult to sleep. Stress life events such as illness of a loved one or a divorce or loss of employment also can cause insomnia.

Concentration
If you have the activity and concerns more serious, it can also cause disorders, such as traumatic stress disorder and psychological trauma. They may interfere with your sleep. Concerning about the ability to sleep can make it more difficult to fall asleep.

Depression
You can sleep a lot of difficulty if you get depressed. Insomnia often happens with other mental health disorders.

Medical condition
If you have chronic pain, breathing difficulties or the need to urinate often, you might get insomnia. The health conditions can cause insomnia for example, arthritis, cancer, heart failure, lung disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), overactive thyroid, stroke, Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease.

Bad sleep habits
Poor sleeping habits include regular schedule of sleep, and stimulate activities before having bed, uncomfortable bed, and bad environment.

Caffeine, nicotine and alcohol
Coffee, tea and other drinks contain caffeine tonic. Drinking coffee in the late afternoon is able to keep you from sleeping at night. The nicotine in tobacco products from other steroids causes insomnia. Alcohol is a sedative that help you sleeping, but prevents deeper stages of sleep and often cause to wake up in the middle of the night.

Eat many too late at night
Eating too much may cause you to feel physically uncomfortable while lying down and make it difficult to sleep. Many people also experience heartburn, the flow of food and acid from the stomach into the esophagus after eating, which can keep you awake.
