Blend 1 cup of chopped mushrooms, 2 cups of cashew milk, 1 chopped garlic clove, ½ chopped onion, 2 tablespoons of shoyu, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and a pinch of sea salt in blender. Blend until you get creamy consistency.

  • Vegan Alfredo sauce.
This vegan version of Alfredo sauce can be used to eat raw vegetable sticks, and the flavor is thick and creamy. Simply blend ½ cup of cashew milk, 1 teaspoon of miso paste, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 chopped garlic clove, ¼ chopped onion, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast until smooth and creamy.
